A Cardiff-based marketplace for comparing and booking multi-day tours from hundreds of operators worldwide. I work across the full stack, and rebuilt the customer-facing interface from the ground up.
- Rebuilt the entire user interface by hand
- Made it fast: mobile Lighthouse performance more than doubled, from the mid-30s to around 90
- Introduced SMACSS architecture across the CSS and JavaScript
- Helped introduce a design system built on design tokens
